Battle of the Brits tennis events are organised by Battle of The Brits Limited (a UK registered private limited company) and tickets for our events are sold via Ticketmaster and subject to the terms and conditions on the official Ticketmaster website. Kindly refer to Ticketmaster for any ticket related issues or queries.
Battle of the Brits Limited shall be abbreviated to “BOTB” or “we”, “us” or “our” below.
Our UK company registration number is 12597060 and our registered office/correspondence address is 5 Elstree Gate, Elstree Way, Borehamwood, Hertfordshire, United Kingdom, WD6 1JD. This address should not be used for Returns (click here for our Returns procedure).
Battle of The Brits Merchandise Sales
Online order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the despatch to you of the merchandise you have ordered and will be subject to English law and the terms below. For the avoidance of doubt, your online order and our acknowledgment of your order does not constitute a contract until despatch.
Because quantities of our BOTB merchandise are limited, we are giving customers the opportunity to pre-order and stock will be allocated on a first order, first served basis.
We anticipate that our stock will arrive at our UK warehouse by 26th November 2021 and that we will be despatching pre-orders from 29th November 2021 onwards. If we are unable to supply your order in full, you will have the option to receive a refund (full or partial as appropriate) or wait until we receive additional stock and we will advise the likely timescale for that via email.
Payment for all orders and pre-orders will be taken when your order is placed online.
If you wish to cancel your order, you can notify us by email to email@example.com any time before we have despatched the merchandise to you.
After despatch, please follow the Returns procedure below.
We will select an appropriate carrier to deliver your order based on the weight, volume and
value of your order and your delivery address. We will advise the delivery details by email (including carrier and tracking number if applicable) immediately after despatch. We anticipate using a tracked/signed for service for most deliveries.
If you have selected items with different availability dates, we will despatch your order when all items are ready.
UK Delivery Charges (order value below £70)
A standard charge of £4.95 will be applied to all deliveries within the UK.
UK Delivery Charges (order value £70 or above)
Orders valued at £70 or above will be shipped free of charge to addresses within the UK (excluding Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & island deliveries). Free delivery will be applied automatically at the checkout stage.
International Delivery Charges
A standard charge of £15 will be applied to deliveries outside the UK. You will be responsible for any customs duties, taxes or other charges imposed locally.
If the delivery of an order to any country outside of the UK is refused for any reason, we will not be liable for any charges, customs handling fees, duties and/or taxes incurred by the attempted delivery of that order.
You can return your BOTB merchandise up to 28 days from the date of despatch of your order.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org advising the items and brief reason for your return and you will receive an automated reply advising our returns address.
Returns must be in their original condition, unworn/unused/unmarked with original tags, labels and packaging.
Returns must include a copy of your original order confirmation or other proof of purchase to enable us to identify you.
Your return item(s) will be inspected upon arrival before your refund is processed (to the original payment method). It can take up to 10 working days after receipt for your refund to be processed and you will receive a confirmation email once this is completed.
We do not offer free returns so all return charges are the customer's responsibility and we highly recommend that you use a tracked/signed for service.
We will not be able to accept returns for online orders at any BOTB event venue because event retail is managed separately. Items purchased at a BOTB event venue can be returned in accordance with the above procedure and must include a copy of your proof of purchase.
If you require a different size, please place a fresh order online and return the unwanted size for a refund as outlined above.

For any ticket related issues or queries kindly refer to the Ticketmaster website for general information and the applicable terms and conditions.
General Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we (including our affiliates and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, legal representatives and sub-contractors) and our event partners (including without limitation Ticketmaster, Aberdeen’s P&J Arena, and Matchpoint Hospitality) shall not be liable for any loss, injury or damage to any person (including you) or property howsoever caused (including by us and/or by our event partners):
(a) in any circumstances where there is no breach of contract or a legal duty of care owed by us or the relevant event partner;
(b) in circumstances where such loss or damage is not directly as a result of any such breach (save for death or personal injury resulting from our or an event partner’s negligence); or
(c) to the extent that any increase in any loss or damage results from your negligence or breach by you of any applicable terms and conditions and/or any applicable laws or regulations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we (including our affiliates and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, legal representatives and sub-contractors) and our event partners, shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses or loss of data, profits, revenue, earnings, goodwill, reputation, enjoyment or opportunity, or for distress, or any exemplary, special or punitive damages, arising directly or indirectly from your use of this website or tickets purchased via Ticketmaster or third parties.
In particular please note that:
(a) personal arrangements and expenditure, including travel, accommodation, hospitality and other costs and expenses incurred by you relating to an event which have been arranged by you are at your own risk, and neither we nor the relevant event partners shall be responsible or liable to you for any wasted or unrecoverable costs or expenditure in relation to such personal arrangements, even if caused as a result of the cancellation, rescheduling or alteration of an event for which you have purchased tickets; and
(b) neither we nor any relevant event partner shall be responsible or liable to you for any loss of enjoyment or amenity, including where an event has been cancelled, rescheduled or altered; and
(c) neither we nor any relevant event partner shall be responsible or liable to you (and you will not be entitled to any refund) if admission to a venue or event is refused or revoked at any time as a result of your breach of any event partner’s terms and conditions or any applicable laws or regulations.
